Fundamental Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions with RockNest, herein called "the Company." By procuring our bespoke rocking chairs, clients acknowledge and accept the stipulations outlined below along with any pertinent statutory regulations.
Contractual Subject
The Company commits to crafting and delivering tailor-made rocking chairs designed in accordance with specifications mutually approved. Any requested deviations or embellishments beyond the initial agreement must be submitted in written form and may influence price and timeline.
Duties and Responsibilities
RockNest pledges impeccable artisanship and timely execution using premium materials and meticulous techniques. Clients must provide comprehensive order details and adhere to payment terms to facilitate flawless production and fulfillment.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation requests are to be submitted no later than 21 days before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this period may incur partial forfeiture of deposits or fees reflecting incurred material and labor costs.
Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary designs, sketches, and crafting methods developed by RockNest are protected under intellectual property laws and cannot be reproduced or shared without express written permission.
Confidentiality Clause
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all exchanged information during the business relationship, including design specifics, client data, and commercial terms. This obligation persists indefinitely after contract completion.
Liability Limitations
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or defects arising from circumstances beyond its control, such as supply interruptions, natural disasters, or client-initiated alterations post-production commencement. Efforts will be made to mitigate adverse effects when possible.
Modifications to Terms
RockNest reserves the unilateral right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with prior notice to clients. Continued use of our services after notification implies acceptance of such changes.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This agreement shall be interpreted under the jurisdictional laws where the Company is established. Any disputes arising from this contract will be settled exclusively in the Company’s local courts.
